Eject SD by HIRO99MA
Here is the app. CLICK ME!
You can unmount your external sdcard by going to Settings → SD card blah,, blah → Unmount SD card (under external Sd card.) Isn't it too long? (just say yes... lol) Why not just put the Eject SD widget on your home screen and whoala! A shortcut is created.
This application simply ejects or unmounts your external sdcard.
And by the way it is free!
★Note: Unmounting first your external sdcard before removing it prevents your files ending up being corrupted.
